1. Data collected on the waiting list
At this stage we collect the email address, the language selected or detected by the browser, the signup date, and the request source. This data is used to manage the waiting list and communicate the opening of founder accounts.
2. Email communications
After signup we may send a confirmation and later updates about the FORGE launch. You can ask to be removed from the list by writing to hello@forge-farrier.app.
3. App data
When the app is active, FORGE may process data related to accounts, horses, owners, visits, photos, documents, reports, and dictated notes. This data will be used to provide the service requested by the user.
4. Providers
To operate the service we use or may use technical providers such as Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for database, authentication and storage, Resend for email, and Creem as the payment gateway for future subscriptions.
5. Retention and security
We keep data for as long as needed to manage the waiting list, provide the service, and meet technical, tax, or legal obligations. We apply reasonable measures to protect data and limit access to operational needs only.
6. User rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data by writing to hello@forge-farrier.app. We will handle the request as quickly as possible.
